As Executive Director, Rachid oversees the day-to-day management of MBLA’s operations and its various ongoing projects. In addition, Rachid is also responsible for collecting biodiversity-related data, implementing biodiversity conservation actions and strengthening the capacity of MBLA’s Community Researchers in field research. establishing and maintaining fruitful relationships with MBLA’s diverse network of local, national and international partners and funders. Rachid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Plant Growth and Protection, a Masters degree in Ecological Engineering Science and Biodiversity Analysis and Management Methodologies and PhD in Ecology and Environment from Cadi Ayyad University’s Faculty of Science of Semlalia in Marrakech, Morocco.
