These are the Terms and Conditions which govern each use you make of the donation payment services provided through the MBLA website. Please read the following clauses carefully as these constitute a contract establishing the general conditions of electronic donations on the mblaassociation.org website. By clicking the button after completing your form, you confirm your donation and accept the general conditions set out below:

1. General

The following terms and conditions govern all donations made on the mblaassociation.org website. Any donation made on the MBLA website implies the donor’s unconditional and irrevocable agreement to these conditions.

2. Purpose

This agreement aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties involved in online donations to Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association through the secured online payment platform CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire).

3. Definitions

In this contract, each of the terms mentioned above will be understood within the meaning of their definition as follows:

• “Remote contract”: any contract concerning donations between Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association and a donor through an online and remote donation system organized by Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association which, for this contract, exclusively uses the internet until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
• “Donor”: any natural person who, in this contract, acts for purposes that do not fall within the scope of their professional activities.
• “Donation Voucher”: document that provides donation details by the donor which must be signed by the donor via a “double click”.
• “Donation”: to act the donor undertakes to send funds to Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association.

4. Making A Donation

After choosing the amount of your donation, please click the ‘validate’ button. If you make an error in your donation when completing the donation form, we advise you to send us a cancellation request within 24 hours by e-mail (mbla.association@gmail.com). After you receive confirmation of the cancellation of your donation by Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association, you will be able to donate again.

5. Donation Amount

The amounts mentioned on the donation form are indicated in Moroccan dirham (MAD) with all taxes included, and are valid at the time of their consultation by the donor and remain in force at the time of the actual donation.

6. Implementation of the donation

The donation will be carried out at the latest within 7 days from the day following the donation.

7. Method of payment

In order to make a donation, you can choose your payment method among those offered by MBLA on the payment page. In this case, the transaction payment for debiting your account is made the day following a payment delivery confirmation. Your online payments are secured by the Center Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which provides a completely secure online payment service. The Donor guarantees MBLA that they have the authorization to use their chosen payment method validating the donation form. In the event of a credit card payment, the provisions related to fraudulent use of the means of payment provided in the agreements concluded between the Donor and the credit card issuer and between Moroccan Biodiversity & Livelihoods Association and their bank, apply.

8. Data Privacy

In order to process your donation, personal information will be requested from you. This information is treated confidentially, and you have the right to rectify your personal data. It is also possible to make an anonymous donation. 

Your personal data may be used for advertisements from the Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association unless you have indicated that you refuse the use of your personal data for this purpose.

9. Right of withdrawal

From the date of your donation, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal and be fully reimbursed by contacting MBLA at mbla.association@gmail.com. 

10. Proof of transactions paid by credit card

The data recorded through the secured online payment platform CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) on behalf of the Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association constitutes proof of a commercial transaction between you and Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association.

11. Force majeure

Moroccan Biodiversity and Livelihoods Association is only held to fulfill its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure occurs.
